How do I book my Take Time Experience?
When you're ready to make a booking, call the Take Time Experiences Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 with the following information
- Your unique booking code - this can be found on your accompanying correspondence
- The experience you would like to book
- Three locations and dates you wish to enjoy your experience
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.
How long do I have to use the unique booking code?
Please refer to your accompanying correspondence for your expiry date. Please note you need to have booked and taken your experience by the expiry date.
Can I choose more than one gift?
No, your unique booking code entitles you to one gift choice from the Take Time Experiences.
Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?
Once you have booked your experience, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
Night Away
What does my Unique Booking Code entitle me to?
This offer entitles two adults to enjoy a Night Away, at a participating venue, in a standard double or twin room, with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
Should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify our Take Time Experiences Reservations Department at time of booking.
How do I redeem my Night Away for two?
- When you are ready to book your Night Away for two, call the Take Time Experiences Reservations Department on 01565 831816 quoting your Unique Booking Code, to book your experiential gift. We recommend choosing a few suitable venue options, in order of preference.
- The Take Time Experiences Reservations Department phone line is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.
Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored. - Please note, you can only book your Night Away for two between 1 to 14 days prior to the date of your stay. Same day bookings are not permitted.
Is there an expiry period relating to my Night Away for two?
Your Night Away for two is valid for up to 18 months from the date of Issue.
Can I choose whichever hotel I like?
Yes, the choice is completely yours as long as the hotel is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions.

Yes, the brochure only features a small selection, the venues detailed on this website are the full selection currently available, however, it's always beneficial to keeping checking our site as we are constantly adding new locations. Featured hotels in the brochure are subject to change.
Can I arrange to have an upgraded room or add incremental items e.g. chocolates, flowers or champagne?

Can we bring our children?
We can certainly look into accommodating additional guests. The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults on a room only basis, upgrades to a family room are subject to the venues’ availability and child policy and will be at an additional cost. Upgrade costs will vary at each hotel.
Do all venues have adaptive access?
Please let the Take Time Experiences Reservations Department know of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of. Whilst every venue will be happy to accommodate any specific, personal requirements; not all venues will be equipped with ramp access or lift access.
Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?
Once you have chosen and booked your experience, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you choose to cancel your booking, your unique booking code will become void and no monies will be refunded.
Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?
No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Take Time Experiences Reservations Department, any bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.

What happens when we have made the booking?

Whilst every endeavour will be made to accommodate such requests, it is the sole responsibility of the individual to inform the venue on arrival of any such allergies and or dietary restrictions.

Do I require a driving licence?
Karting, Segway and Quad bikes do not require a driving licence for participation.
Do I require insurance?
Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance. No liability can be accepted for personal loss, damage to property or injury at featured venues. Please be aware that participation in some activities may affect personal/life insurance. Some activities may require a signed waiver form in order to participate. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. Any cancellations made as a result of a medical condition will not be refunded.
Are there any restrictions?
Age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability or other restrictions may apply to certain activities. Any restrictions will be detailed on the venue’s terms and conditions page.
What do I wear?
Closed-toe shoes with suitable grip for driving, comfortable, well fitting clothes, and minimal accessories.
Do I have to purchase additional services?
You can visit your choice of driving location and have your experience completely free of charge. However, you may have to supply / purchase additional safety items i.e. gloves, face coverings for certain experiences, please refer to the company's website for further information. Do I require a driving licence?
For all track based experiences, participants must hold a full, valid driving licence with no serious convictions. You must also be able to drive a manual transmission.

Can I choose whichever vehicle I like?
Dependant on the location, a selection of vehicles will be available. All vehicles are subject to availability. For confirmation of the vehicles available at the location you wish to book, please ask our Take Time Experiences Reservations Department at time of booking. Participants will not be able to specify which vehicle model they want to drive but may request the vehicle brand, these may include the likes of Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley and BMW.
