About
Newbridge, Midlothian
Founded in 1965, Ingliston Circuit was a 1.03 mile motor racing circuit built at the Royal Highland Showground in Ingliston, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Throughout the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s the circuit hosted many races. Notable drivers who raced here are Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, Stirling Moss, and David Coulthard. It officially closed as a race track in 1995, but a portion of the track is used for our supercar driving events.
PARTICIPANTS: This Experience is provided on a per-person basis
EXPERIENCE DURATION: Allow 2 hours on site for the full experience
WEATHER: Please note we run our events in all weathers, some cover is provided but please dress for the prevalent conditions.
RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age 17 years old. A full drivers licence is required for each participant
SPECTATORS: Welcome to watch from the track-side. A number of photo and video packages are available (payable locally)
- You’ll drive one car on the day from the modern fleet of supercars.
Choose stunning models from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW and others. - First, you’ll receive a full safety briefing and track tuition in the classroom before you venture out into pitlane.
- ARDS trained instructors will give you driving tips from the passenger seat, empowering you to get the best from the cars and the track
- Then you’ll venture out on-track where you’ll put your chosen supercar through its paces.
- Testing your skills on the straights and corners, you will get three laps to experience the capabilities of this supercar. (You can purchase as many extra laps as you would like on the day.)
